REDUCE-RE-USE-RECYCLE
We actively look at ways to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
Some of the ways we are contributing to this are listed below:
• Using recycled plastic where possible
• Regrinding waste plastic for reprocessing
• Reusing packaging from deliveries to send out orders
• Grouping collections/deliveries whenever possible
TP Machine Sales!
We have had a record period for TP desktop plastic moulding machine sales across all three machines. The moulding machines have been sent all over the world with a high percentage of them staying in the UK....
We have been working with Waterhaul, based in England, to produce a mould to make the plastic parts for a litter picker plus other products made from the same plastic.
The plastic used to make the litter picker is either recycled face masks from hospitals or dis-guarded fishing nets, gathered from the seas, which have been processed to form a plastic suitable for use in our injection moulding machines.

RECYCLING PROJECT!
TRAVIN WORK WITH RESIDENTS IN ST. HELENA IN THE SOUTH ATLANTIC OCEAN ON A RECYCLE PLASTICS BEACH PROJECT!
Residents on St Helena clean up the beach and recycle plastics for the tourist trade in an exciting new venture supported by Travin. Travin have sent out a TP2 in a Reclaim-Recycle-Renew iniative creating marine themed novelty key fobs for the ongoing tourist trade! The iniative assits the island in managing it plastic pollutant issue and supports the local ecomony. The project moves the plastics off the island with the tourists so actively moving the product on and off the island

TRAVIN TAKE ON APPRENTICES SUPPORTING SUSSEX LOCAL YOUTH TALENT!
Manager Lee Cowley oversees the trainee apprentice's that Travin have invested in this Autumn 2018. They are trained in all areas of production line mold techniques, bench top mold machine assembly, plastic recyling initiatives, machine opertions and the health and safety protocol that goes with this. In supporting youth training Travin are investing in local talent and supporting young enterprise for Sussex and our UK production quota going forward. All trainees are well versed in making a cuppa too!

Travin have just invested in another new EDM ( spark eroder) in an already fully fitted tool room to better assist with the manufacture of quality moulds.. This is due to an increase by 40% tool room production.
